Výsledky potvrzují, že menstruace ovlivňuje nejen zdraví a komfort žen, ale také jejich soustředění, pracovní výkon, spokojenost a celkovou zkušenost na pracovišti. Otevřený přístup k menstruačnímu zdraví pomáhá vytvářet respektující firemní kulturu, podporuje wellbeing zaměstnankyň a přispívá k vyšší produktivitě i loajalitě. Our initiative and research Menstruation in the Workplace drives concrete change and helps companies, sports venues, schools and institutions better understand women's needs.
