Delivery
We ship orders within 1–3 business days.
The shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:
Czech Republic

Shipping within the Czech Republic and Slovakia is free for orders over CZK 1,500.
If you would like your package delivered to a country other than the Czech Republic or Slovakia, please email us at hello@femvie.com. We will do our best to deliver it to you, wherever you are.
Currently, we do not offer in-person pickup. Thank you for your understanding.

Credit Card
We offer secure credit card payments via Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure. Payments are processed instantly.
For subscription customers, card details are securely saved in your user account, where you can manage your subscription. These details can be updated anytime. We do not have access to this data; it is fully managed by Stripe and Recharge Payments, which handles the subscription system.
Bank Transfer
After receiving your order, we will send you our bank account number and a variable symbol. You pay in advance to our account with Fio Banka. The goods are shipped after payment is received. Please include the correct variable symbol so we can match your payment to your order.
Bank transfer is available only for one-time orders. It is not available for subscriptions since subscription renewals are automated for customer convenience. Customers do not need to remember to make a payment every three months; the system charges their chosen payment method automatically, as set up in their account.
These terms apply only to customers ordering through our online shop at www.femvie.com. Orders placed by other means (phone/email) may be subject to different terms.
