What if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@femvie.com . We will do our best to process your request. If you cancel your order, it may take 5 to 10 days for the amount to be credited back to your account.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay either by credit card or bank transfer. Bank transfer payments are only possible for one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
How do I receive my invoice?
We save forests, so we do not print the invoice and send it to you by email.

When will you send me my order?
We ship orders within 1-3 business days.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Although it is not common, a package may be damaged on its way to you. Please always check your order immediately upon receipt. Is it damaged? Send us a photo along with your order number to hello@femvie.com within 48 hours of receipt and we will send you a new one.

What if I want to send a package as a gift?
No problem. You will receive the invoice and we will deliver the package to the recipient. We can also add a handwritten message of your choice - you can leave us instructions in the "Purchase Notes" field in the Cart.
Subscription
How often will I receive a cotton bag with my subscription?
A cotton bag is a gift with your first subscription order. If you want another one, you can buy it on our website.
How can I change the delivery date of my subscription package?
In the My Account section, click on “Manage Subscriptions” under the “Account Details” section. Here you can edit your delivery date.
How can I customize the contents of my next package? Can I add additional products at once?
In the My Account section, click “Manage Subscription” under the “Account Details” section. Here you can edit the contents of your package – product types and quantities.
If you want to add another product to a package only once and not for other packages, simply select the one-time addition option.
If I pay for a subscription, will my package be delivered automatically every 3 months?
Yes, you don't have to worry about anything anymore. And if your needs change, you can simply adjust the contents of the package (for example, change the size of the tampons, add teas, adjust the ratio of tampons, etc.).
How do I pay for a subscription?
When you first order a package, you enter your card number and the next subscription will be paid automatically again in 3 months. We use the same security as banks for payment. We do not have access to your card details, everything is done through the secure Stripe payment gateway.
Can I skip the order?
Yes. In the My Account section, click on “Manage Subscriptions” under the “Account Details” section. Here you can skip the next order and your subscription will automatically renew up to 3 months after the skipped order.
How can I cancel my subscription?
In the My Account section, click on “Manage Subscription” under the “Account Details” section and you will cancel your subscription free of charge. However, you must do this no later than the day before the next package is sent. We will notify you of the package being sent by email two days in advance and you can also find the sending date in the My Account section of the subscription management.
If you would like to cancel your entire account, please email us at hello@femvie.com and we will deactivate your account and remove all of your data from our system.
Tampons
What makes certified organic cotton better?
Manufacturers of intimate hygiene products are not required to disclose their exact ingredients, as is the case with food and cosmetics. Therefore, it is important to exercise extreme caution when choosing tampons and pads.
The guarantee of the highest quality of the cotton used is the GOTS certification. This confirms that the cotton is grown without chemicals or harmful substances and under ethical conditions. Products that do not have this certification cannot be guaranteed to be of high quality and will not cause allergic reactions or health problems.
What size tampon should I choose?
We offer Femvie tampons in two sizes: Regular and Super.
If you have light to moderate bleeding, use Regular tampons. For heavier bleeding, choose the Super size. Try the Regular size first, and if you change your tampon more often than every four hours, use the Super size. Never automatically reach for the largest size, adjust the size to your body's needs.
Choose your size based on how often you change your tampon:
1× every two hours = Super (holds 9-12 grams of blood)
1× every four hours = Regular (holds 6-9 grams of blood)
Change your tampon approximately every 4 to 8 hours. Blood on the tampon string indicates that the tampon is saturated with blood, so change it as soon as possible.
How should I use a tampon so that it doesn't leak?
Change your tampons frequently (about every 4-8 hours) to reduce the risk of toxic shock syndrome. If you feel like your tampon is leaking, you have a very heavy period and should change your tampon as soon as possible.
Always choose the right size tampons – smaller for normal and light menstruation and larger for heavy. Organic cotton tampons always adhere gently to the mucous membrane, but thanks to their pure composition, they do not introduce harmful substances into it and do not limit its function.
How often should a tampon be changed?
It depends on the intensity of the bleeding. If it is heavier, change it approximately every 3-6 hours. If your period is light, insert a new tampon every 4-8 hours.
You can also tell if it's time to change it by gently pulling on the string. If the tampon moves, remove it. Another clear sign to remove it is blood on the string.
Can I get toxic shock syndrome (TSS) from organic tampons?
As most gynecologists and midwives will tell you, it is better to use pure natural cotton products during menstruation. However, even 100% organic cotton tampons do not guarantee the complete elimination of TSS.
Change them regularly and use tampons with the absorbency you need - this will also help your body.
Toxic shock syndrome is a very rare but serious condition that can affect men, women, and children. About half of all cases of TSS occur in menstruating women and girls. TSS has been described in association with tampon use, but it can occur during menstruation even when tampons are not used. TSS is caused by bacterial toxins from organisms that are commonly found in the human body.
How to insert a tampon?
Always insert a tampon after washing your hands. Squat comfortably or lift one leg and try to relax. With your index finger, insert the end without the string as deep as possible into the vagina. Don't worry about inserting the tampon too deep, the opening to the uterus is small and the tampon won't fit through. If you don't feel the tampon, it's inserted correctly. The end of the string for removing the tampon remains outside.
Is it necessary to change a tampon every time I go to the toilet?
No, only the intensity of your menstrual bleeding determines how often you need to change your tampon. The vagina, urethra, and intestines are separate organs with their own openings.
Can a tampon be inserted too deep?
The opening of the uterus is too small for a tampon to pass through. With a long enough string, it can't get "lost" inside your body.
