Privacy Policy for the online store available at https://www.femvie.com
Definitions
1.1 For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms have the following meanings:
1.1.1 "GDPR" — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
1.1.2 "Civil Code" — Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.
1.1.3 "Store" — the online store available at https://www.femvie.com, which displays goods for sale to Buyers.
1.1.4 "Policy" — this Privacy Policy governing the protection of personal data during the use of the Store and sale of Goods.
1.1.5 "Agreement" — a purchase agreement under § 2079 et seq. of the Civil Code, concluded based on an order of Goods.
1.1.6 "Controller" — according to Article 4(7) of the GDPR, Femvie s.r.o., ID No.: 08949743, with its registered office at Pod rozvodnou 351, Šeberov (Prague-Šeberov), 149 00 Prague, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 328046, email: hello@femvie.com.
1.1.7 "Data Subject" — an identified or identifiable natural person within the meaning of GDPR whose personal data are processed by the Controller (visitor and user of the Store).
1.1.8 "Information Society Services Act" — Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended.
1.1.9 "Personal Data Protection Act" — Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
1.1.10 "Goods" — goods (movable items) displayed through the Store offered for sale.
Introductory Provisions
We take the protection and confidentiality of your personal data very seriously and comply with applicable Czech and European data protection laws. Below we explain the most important aspects of how we process your personal data.
We process and use your personal data only with your explicit consent or on another legal basis, and always in strict accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Each individual who grants us consent to process their personal data ("Data Subject") must carefully read this Privacy Policy. If anything is unclear, they should contact us for clarification before giving consent or engaging in any activity that would result in processing by Femvie.
2.1 This Policy informs about the method and scope of personal data processing by the Controller and the rights of Data Subjects whose personal data are processed.
2.2 The Controller only processes accurate personal data obtained in accordance with GDPR, collecting and processing them strictly as per this Policy and relevant laws, in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner, minimizing data to what is necessary.
Sources and Categories of Personal Data
3.1 The Controller processes personal data obtained from Data Subjects through the Store:
3.1.1 by submitting an order through the Store interface;
3.1.2 by entering an email address to subscribe to the newsletter (commercial communications);
3.1.3 by participating in contests or other marketing activities of the Controller.
3.2 The Controller processes the following personal data:
3.2.1 first name;
3.2.2 last name;
3.2.3 phone number;
3.2.4 email address;
3.2.5 residential address;
3.2.6 gender.
Legal Grounds and Purposes of Processing
4.1 The Controller processes personal data for the following purposes:
4.1.1 Performance of contractual obligations — for which the Controller requires first name, last name, phone number, address, and email.
4.1.2 Statistical purposes — tracking site visits (anonymous), monitoring page views, time spent, device type, to improve services.
4.1.3 Sending commercial communications and offering products and services (newsletter) — for which an email address is required.
4.1.4 Legitimate interests of the Controller — such as necessary processing to defend the Controller, improve services, direct marketing (to existing customers), and protect interests (fraud prevention, system security).
4.1.5 Compliance with legal obligations — especially tax and accounting purposes and providing information to public authorities.
Data Retention Period
5.1 Data processed under 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 are kept for 10 years after completion of the contractual relationship unless required longer by law.
5.2 Data processed under 4.1.3 are kept until consent is withdrawn or newsletter subscription is canceled.
5.3 Data processed under 4.1.4 are kept for 4 years after the warranty period expires, extended reasonably in case of disputes.
5.4 Data processed under 4.1.5 are kept for 30 years from collection.
5.5 After the retention period, data will be deleted.

6.1 Data may be processed by the following processors:
6.1.1 providers of services enabling Store operation;
6.1.2 cloud storage provider — Google Cloud;
6.1.3 email service provider — Google Mail;
6.1.4 mailing service provider — Mailchimp;
6.1.5 e-commerce system provider — Shopify;
6.1.6 payment system provider — 2Checkout;
6.1.7 CRM provider — Shopify.
6.2 Data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU or international organizations.
Data Security
7.1 The Controller declares that it has taken all necessary technical, organizational, and security measures to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
7.2 Only authorized persons have access to personal data.
Specific Processing Conditions
Commercial Communications (Newsletter)
The newsletter includes news, offers, and other information about Femvie. By subscribing, you agree that we may evaluate your behavior on our website to create personalized content and include you in our marketing database.
Data are processed indefinitely until you withdraw consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via a link in each newsletter or by sending us an email.
Competitions
When participating in marketing campaigns, including competitions, you consent to processing your data (name, surname, and other data required by the competition rules).
Data are used for managing the competition, awarding prizes, market research, offering products/services, and personalized marketing.
Data are stored for the necessary period — during the competition and for 90 days after, or indefinitely until consent is withdrawn.

10.1.2 Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR);
10.1.3 Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR);

10.1.5 Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR);
10.1.6 Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
10.1.7 The right to erasure may be limited if the Controller’s interests outweigh the Data Subject’s.
10.1.8 You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
10.1.9 If you have concerns about compliance, you can file a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or a court.
