You can start taking this product immediately after giving birth. Please do not take it during pregnancy. It is recommended to stock up before giving birth so that it is ready for you once your baby is born. The recommended dose is 3 capsules per day.

No, if you are experiencing increased bowel movements or producing too much milk but still want nutritional support, we recommend using our Food-Grown Pregnancy supplement, which was also formulated for postpartum support.

Our marigold extract provides high-quality lutein. Lutein, the main carotenoid found in breast milk, supports your baby's brain and eye development during infancy. Its supply in breast milk depends on the mother's intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and recent research has shown that its levels are statistically low in the modern diet. Therefore, supplementation during breastfeeding can increase the supply of lutein to your breastfed baby.
Do I need to add more vitamin D to this?
We recommend using this product together with our Pregnancy Complex while breastfeeding, which provides the recommended level of vitamin D needed during this period of new motherhood. However, if you are using the Breastfeeding Complex alone, we recommend supplementing with another vitamin D, such as our Vitamin D 1000iu.
