Use
1. Remove the protective paper from each patch.
2. Apply to the area where you feel tension – we recommend behind the ears, on the temples or (for headaches) on the interdigital space between the thumb and index finger on the instep.
3. Massage lightly for 1-2 minutes to activate the herbs and oils.
4. You can wear the patch for up to 12 hours.
5. After this time, the effect gradually fades.
