Use

1. Remove the protective paper from each patch. 2. Apply to the area where you feel tension – we recommend behind the ears, on the temples or (for headaches) on the interdigital space between the thumb and index finger on the instep. 3. Massage lightly for 1-2 minutes to activate the herbs and oils. 4. You can wear the patch for up to 12 hours. 5. After this time, the effect gradually fades.

Extract from chuanxiong rhizome, peach kernel, safflower flower (Carthamus tinctorius), extract from Vitex fruit, white peony root and asarum (Japanese chaste tree).

Not suitable for people with diabetes, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not use after a retinol product or chemical peel for 48 hours. A small percentage of users may experience mild burning or redness at the application site - in which case remove the patch. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and nose.
