Why do you use indole-3-carbinol?
Indole-3-carbinol (I3C) is a natural compound found in cruciferous vegetables. These compounds have been clinically shown in published research to positively affect estrogen metabolism, making them key in supporting endometriosis. Some products use a similar compound known as DIM, but we specifically chose to include I3C because research has shown that DIM may not be as effective and may negatively impact some women with specific genetic metabolic imbalances.
Can I take this medicine while using contraception?
We do not recommend using this product while using birth control pills, injections, or patches.
Can I use this product during IUI, IVF or FET?
We do not recommend using this product during IUI, IVF or FET, however you can use it until these treatments begin. Please contact our nutrition team for further advice specific to your situation.
