The female cycle is somewhat shrouded in mystery. For a long time, menstruation and women's issues in general were taboo in society, which contributed to ignorance and the perpetuation of myths. Unfortunately, many of them persist to this day. Let's now clarify what is truly the case!
Myth #1: A healthy woman should have a 28-day cycle
This myth is, unfortunately, often unconsciously ingrained in us – just a few years of taking birth control pills daily are enough. The truth is, however, that a healthy cycle ranges between 21–35 days. Some women may have short menstrual cycles – 25 days, others longer – 33 days. And all of them are perfectly normal. However, you should definitely address the situation if your cycle is shorter than 21 days (in which case it's possible that ovulation is not occurring in your body), or longer than 35 days.
The culprit can often be hormonal imbalance. In this case, focus on the four pillars of health – fresh and balanced diet, sufficient quality sleep, regular exercise, and stress reduction. The body may also lack essential minerals and vitamins, which we often do not receive in sufficient quantities through our diet. The Premenstrual Complex can help you with this, as it is expertly designed to support the cycle throughout the month, especially in the days leading up to menstruation. It will also help relieve unpleasant PMS symptoms (lower abdominal pain, breast tenderness, mood swings, mental exhaustion, etc.).

Myth #2: All women ovulate on day 14 of their cycle
That's really not the case! Not all women ovulate on day 14 of their cycle, and it doesn't always have to be on the same day in every cycle. If you're trying to conceive, it's better to track your own data instead of using a "smart ovulation calendar" or apps that don't have enough information about your body.
We recommend regularly measuring your basal body temperature or recording your cervical mucus. After just a few cycles, you'll gain an overview of your body. This is beneficial not only for your understanding of ovulation, but this data is also important for doctors if you need to discuss any issues with them.
Planning a pregnancy? It's good to nourish your body for fertility. The Natural complex for supporting female fertility contains not only the recommended daily dose of folic acid, but also vitamins and substances such as zinc, selenium, Cordyceps mushroom, and others that ensure the proper function of reproductive organs and favorably contribute to hormonal and mental well-being.

Myth #3: Every cycle must be exactly the same length
It's okay to have a few days' deviation. It's not uncommon to have a 27-day cycle followed by a 29-day cycle. A situation where your cycles are wildly unpredictable or differ by 5 or more days is worth a more detailed investigation.
